Why do you use nitrous oxide to make whipped cream?

When nitrous oxide (often referred to as laughing gas or N₂O) is mixed with whipped cream inside a cream gun (also known as a cream nitrogen filler) and released through a specially made nozzle, whipped cream rapidly expands and transforms into a light, fluffy whipped cream. This modern technique offers a significant increase in efficiency compared to the traditional whipped method, and the resulting whipped cream is more consistent in quality and can maintain its fluffy state for a longer period of time.

Traditional whipped cream preparation methods rely on heating and stirring to expand the fat globules, but this method can sometimes result in erratic texture and poor taste. In addition, traditional methods require a lot of energy and time.

Nitrous oxide (chemical formula N₂O), a colorless sweet gas, can help confectioners make rich cream, so it is loved by many confectioners.

Here's how to make whipped cream with carbon dioxide:
         Step 1: Pour

Pour whipped cream into the cream nitrogen filler in proportion (you can check the recipe, or refer to the manufacturer's proportion instructions to add), or you can add your own or your customer's favorite flavor.
         Step 2: Connect

Connect the N2O cream charger to the cream nitrogen charger. Then unscrew the valve and inject N2O into the cream nitrogen filler.
Step 3:Close the valve and shake

Close the valve, manually shake the nitrogen filling machine to make the cream quickly fluffy, and then distribute the cream as needed, or directly onto the dessert or dish, or transfer to the container for storage.
All in all, the use of nitric oxide to make whipped cream is more convenient and more delicate. Make whipped cream for a dessert shop or a party. It can help confectioners make delicious desserts more easily.
